Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and jeta3 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website located at jeta3.bet and all games, services, features, content, and functionality made available through it. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on jeta3, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. jeta3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use jeta3, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jeta3 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will verify player age during the registration and KYC process.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, a corporation, or any automated system is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold another active account on jeta3. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts held by you and the forfeiture of all associated funds.
• You must not be self-excluded or have been permanently excluded from jeta3 as a result of a previous responsible gaming request.

Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and services on jeta3, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered mobile wallet.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility.

jeta3 employs SSL encryption on all pages and takes reasonable technical precautions to protect account data. However, the security of your account also depends on your own behaviour — using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details are your responsibility as the account holder.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jeta3 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile financial services and selected card networks. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jeta3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• jeta3 will process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Actual transfer time to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet depends on the mobile financial service provider and is typically within minutes of platform approval.
• jeta3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing by the player.

All transactions on jeta3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeta3 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. The platform does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees separately.

Bonuses and Promotions

jeta3 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions including BPL and Eid offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as non-withdrawable promotional balance. Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are stated on a per-promotion basis and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and expire within the period stated on the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Players may opt out of receiving a bonus by contacting support before making a qualifying deposit.
• jeta3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if jeta3 has reasonable grounds to believe the player is exploiting the promotion through bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other irregular activity.
• Bonuses are for recreational players only. jeta3 does not offer bonuses to players who are primarily motivated by bonus extraction rather than genuine entertainment. Professional bonus hunters or players identified as engaging in irregular bonus play patterns may have their bonuses voided.

All bonus promotions are time-limited. Unused bonus funds that have not been claimed or that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account balance automatically without notice.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all real-money gaming activity on jeta3. Individual game types may be subject to additional rules published on the relevant game page or in the game interface provided by the third-party game provider:

• All bets and wagers placed on jeta3 are final once confirmed. jeta3 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been placed and acknowledged by the platform, except in cases of a verifiable technical error on jeta3's part.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, jeta3 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. jeta3's decision in such matters is final.
• Cricket betting markets and odds are provided in real time. In-play betting is subject to the live market rules applicable to each event. jeta3 reserves the right to suspend a betting market at any time without notice, including during an active in-play event, if jeta3 determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised or that abnormal betting patterns have been detected.
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) used in all casino and slot games on jeta3 is provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. jeta3 does not modify game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and may be found in the game information panel.

Maximum win limits per single bet or per session may apply on certain game types and are displayed within the game interface or promotion terms where applicable. Wins above the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum win amount.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta3. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance remaining may be forfeited at jeta3's discretion:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use jeta3 as a conduit for illegal financial activity. jeta3 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion with other players, including any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit live dealer tables, or unfairly extract value from the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits already used in gaming activity. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting jeta3 support to resolve the dispute is considered fraudulent conduct and will result in permanent account closure.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus or to circumvent any account restriction, suspension, or responsible gaming measure imposed by jeta3.

Account Suspension and Closure

jeta3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable jeta3 policy.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe, or has provided documents that jeta3 cannot verify as authentic.
• jeta3 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law.
• The player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion through jeta3's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

Privacy and Data Protection

jeta3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jeta3, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have over your personal data.

jeta3 implements SSL encryption across all pages of the platform. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers. jeta3 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta3 excludes liability for the following:

Responsible Gaming

jeta3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be accessed through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. This feature helps manage time spent on the platform.
• Time-out: Take a temporary break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jeta3. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. jeta3 will use reasonable efforts to ensure excluded players cannot access the platform during the exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

jeta3 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jeta3 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the change taking effect. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of jeta3 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jeta3 operates as an online platform providing entertainment services. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact jeta3 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jeta3 will endeavour to resolve all genuine disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under consumer protection law.
